Support for Teens & Families
Our mentoring is a good fit for families navigating complex dynamics—or simply wanting something more creative, personal, and growth-oriented for their teen or young adult.
We work with:
-
Teens who are emotionally sensitive, creative, or unconventional
-
Young adults navigating identity, motivation, or neurodivergence
-
Kids who may not need therapy but benefit from expressive connection and individualized support
-
Families wanting guidance and collaboration without shame or pressure
Some teens thrive in this container as a supplement to a rigid or uninspired school environment. Mentoring can include art-making, project support, or simply the experience of being deeply seen and engaged. It’s not just for kids in crisis—but for those ready to grow, relate, and express in a different way.

A Fit for Working Professionals
This offering is especially supportive for therapists, creatives, entrepreneurs, and high-functioning adults seeking:
-
A non-judgmental space to explore alcohol, work, or relationship patterns
-
Support through transitions, burnout, or identity shifts
-
Relief from the "holding it all together" pressure
-
A more soulful, intuitive approach to personal growth
-
A way to reconnect with their creativity—whether through long-deferred art or craft projects, goal setting, or intentional reflection
-
Help bridging ideas into action, such as getting out to exercise, exploring energy work, or integrating one-on-one yoga or movement into sessions
Mentoring creates space for the part of you that wants more meaning, inspiration, and accountability without the pressure of perfection or performance.
